Q. Do you hire to the Public?
Q. Will your driver deliver inside my property?
A. No. Drivers are not permitted to enter your property, it is a roadside delivery only.
Q. How long do I have to hire for to get free delivery?
A. We offer free delivery for customers hiring over 3 weeks. If your hire period is less than 3 weeks you still qualify for our trade rates above, but we do charge our transport costs. This is generally £15 each way anywhere in the UK.
Q. I need to use a tower for some work on the exterior of a house. What size should I order?
A. 5.2m tower will give you good access for a 2 storey house. If you need to get access above the roof line please call for advice.
Q. Does the scaffold tower have to stand on level ground or are the feet adjustable?
A. The feet come with an adjustable leg. This gives you a 300mm (12 inch) height adjustment to level the tower on uneven ground.
Q. Does the tower allow for the platform to be set at a variety of heights?
A. The access tower can be adjusted every half meter (18inches) below the platform height you order. I.e a 2.2m scaffold can be used at 1.7m, 1.2m and 0.7m.
Q. Can you supply stairway tower?
A. Yes. This is 1 metre wide so please check you have enough width on your stairwell. This isn't suitable for domestic properties. We can also supply narrow stair scaffold tower.
Q. Does it come with stabilisers and toe boards?
A. Yes it comes complete with all the manufacturers recommended components.
Q. Do you erect the Aluminium Scaffold towers?
A. No, sorry we're not insured to. The scaffold tower does come with an easy to follow user guide.
Q. How long will it take to receive delivery?
A. We work on a guaranteed next day delivery. If you're working on a commercial site with a book-in slot we endeavour to meet this. If you need an AM delivery please advise us of this when booking.
Q. What is your minimum hire period?
A. 1 week. The prices above are for a full 7 day hire period. Be careful when comparing rates. Some hire companies say 1 week but mean 5 days.
